Membership & Coordinator Structure
ISHIBA grows through a nationwide network of coordinators who bring the organisation closer to every community. Coordinators at every level are assigned by the National Coordinator. From the national level down to your doorstep, there is always a coordinator ready to welcome you.
National Coordinator
Leads ISHIBA's membership network nationwide and assigns coordinators at every level across the 36 states and the FCT.
State Coordinator
Oversees membership and activities within a state and reports directly to the national coordinator.
Local Government Coordinator
Mobilises members across the local government areas in a state and supports community coordinators.
Village Coordinator
Connects with households and community groups in a village and helps people become members.
Community Coordinator
The frontline link between ISHIBA and its members in every community — reach out to them to join.

From Member to Coordinator
Membership is the first step — and it's free online or through any coordinator. Dedicated members can grow into coordinator roles at the community, village, local government, state and national levels, with each coordinator assigned by the National Coordinator.
Training & Classes
Access Our Training — Online or Offline
Membership is free to join. To access our training and classes, members pay a small fee — ₦1,000 for physical training, or choose to learn through our online classes.
Offline / Physical Training
Members pay ₦1,000 to access our physical training sessions — hands-on skill acquisition, practical classes and empowerment programs delivered in person by ISHIBA trainers and coordinators at training centres across the country.
Online Training / Classes
Prefer to learn from anywhere? Members can pay to access our online training and classes — gaining new skills at their own pace, guided by ISHIBA trainers, without travelling to a training centre.
Training fees are paid to ISHIBA directly, or through your state, local government or community coordinator.
